Civil lawyer, admitted to practise before the Italian Higher Courts (Cassazionista). Over the course of his education, he obtained a postgraduate qualification in consumer law, a master's degree in the protection of weaker contracting parties, and a master's degree in European Union law. Between February 2004 and February 2006, he worked with the law firm of Prof. Avv. Ugo Ruffolo, focusing on negotiations and litigation.
His primary area of practice concerns obligations and contracts, with particular reference to commercial agreements, as well as banking law and investment services, including over-the-counter (OTC) markets. He also assists clients in the conduct of complex negotiations, including in employment law matters, aimed at reaching agreements and managing risk, and prepares reasoned legal opinions for the prevention or settlement of disputes.
He is the author of monographs and articles in his areas of professional expertise.
