The Firm provides assistance in judicial and arbitral proceedings, with specific reference to disputes in the areas of contract law, real estate law, corporate law, banking law and financial intermediaries, labour law, medical malpractice, and civil liability in general, including the preparation of legal opinions on the prospects of the proceedings and on possible solutions for their prevention or amicable resolution.
The Firm also assists its clients in proceedings before the Italian Banking and Financial Ombudsman (Arbitro Bancario e Finanziario – ABF) and the Italian Financial Disputes Arbitrator (Arbitro per le Controversie Finanziarie – ACF).
The Firm's principal is admitted to practise before the Italian Higher Courts and is co-author of several articles and monographs on civil procedure and contract law matters.
