Liability for breach of contract, professional liability, and non-contractual (tortious) liability are areas in which the Firm conducts its practice, both in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings, engaging expert technical consultants for the reconstruction of the harmful event and for the accurate quantification of the damages sustained, including with a view to obtaining redress at the pre-litigation stage through an amicable settlement.
The Firm also assists its clients in actions for compensation arising from road traffic accidents; the Firm's principal is co-author of a monograph on the subject.
