The Firm drafts bespoke contracts, including atypical agreements, and manages every stage of the negotiation process, structuring the contractual terms with clear and comprehensive clauses that reflect the most relevant judicial trends in the field, both with a view to preventing disputes during the performance of the agreement and to defining the framework of protections and the allocation of risks in the event of breach or litigation.
The Firm's principal has published several articles on contractual invalidity and is co-author of an annotated formulary on "Standard and Bespoke Contracts" (Contratti tipici ed atipici), drawing on the experience gained in business contract law, also assisting clients in the large-scale retail sector (Grande Distribuzione Organizzata – GDO) and in commercial contracts in general.
Approach to contract law
Contractual work is conceived as a tool for the preventive regulation of legal relationships, aimed at ensuring clarity, balance, and stability over time. The drafting of each contract takes into account not only the immediate needs of the parties, but also the possible developments of the relationship, in order to prevent disputes and ensure a coherent and sustainable arrangement of interests through a fair allocation of risks.
