The Firm's activities also extend to cases of consensual termination of the employment relationship, individual or collective dismissals, workplace bullying (mobbing), straining, reassignment of duties, transfers, reclassification of the employment relationship, employment claims, pay differentials, and employment litigation in general, in collaboration with expert technical consultants in the field.

From a risk management perspective, employment law matters are addressed through a preliminary analysis of the documentation, the organisational context, and the actual conditions under which the employment relationship is conducted, assessed in light of the applicable legislative and judicial framework, including with a view to a possible negotiated settlement, whilst preserving, where necessary, the judicial protection of the assisted party's rights.
